{"id":26631,"date":"2020-11-11T10:38:41","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T09:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fantinicosmi.it\/?p=26631"},"modified":"2020-11-11T10:47:37","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T09:47:37","slug":"how-to-configure-the-fantini-cosmi-wifi-programmable-thermostats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fantinicosmi.iimage.net\/en\/how-to-configure-the-fantini-cosmi-wifi-programmable-thermostats\/","title":{"rendered":"How to configure the Fantini Cosmi WIFI programmable thermostats"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"lp-ert \"> 3 <\/div><p>The Fantini Cosmi programmable thermostats with WiFi connection allow for easy and intuitive control over heating and air-conditioning systems, also remotely thanks to the Intelliclima+ App.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s see together how to install and configure the WiFi network of the Fantini Cosmi WIFI programmable thermostat CH180WIFI, CH180WIFI LITE, CH180RFWIFI, CH193WIFI and CH193BWIFI.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Installation introduction<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Provide for the following to install and configure CH180WIFI :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) a 230V mains connection <\/strong>supply power to the device<br \/>\n<strong>2) a WiFi network <\/strong>to connect the programmable thermostat, with these features<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1080 \u00a0open port (TCP) setted on the 2.4 GHz router &#8220;802.11 mode&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Set the b\/g\/MIXED\/n protocols (do not use the \u2018n\u2019 protocol with the CH193WIFI and CH193BWIFI models)<\/li>\n<li>Set the IP in dynamic type (not fixed)<\/li>\n<li>IP address: 213.229.84.213 (only for CH180RFWIFI model use: 92.48.107.8)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>All the steps<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>CH180WIFI can be installed and configured in few simple steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. As a first step, perform t<u>he connection to the mains<\/u>, paying attention that all the wiring is carried out with the power off.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect the programmable thermostat to the boiler<\/li>\n<li>Connect to the mains<\/li>\n<li>Secure the programmable thermostat to the wall with the plugs supplied<\/li>\n<li>Power the equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Now let\u2019s turn on the <u>WiFi<\/u>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To do this, we need to go to the ADVANCED PROGRAMMING by pressing and holding the PROG. key for 3 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Wait 2 seconds and press the FORWARD ARROW until you get to the WIFI page.<\/li>\n<li>Then select WIFI: A.P. Create an account by entering the USERNAME and PASSWORD, and launch the installation wizard.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To create a new home, press \u201c+\u201d; enter the desired name and press CONFERMA (CONFIRM).<\/li>\n<li>Then connect the programmable thermostat by pressing \u201c+\u201d and select CH180WIFI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; Choose your WiFi network (which must have the features listed above).<br \/>\nWe recommend disabling the data network on your smartphone when configuring the App.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enter the password<br \/>\n&#8211; Link the programmable thermostat to the app and then the WiFi network<br \/>\n&#8211; Fine Access Point \u2192 Pay attention to the antenna icon on the programmable thermostat, which shows you the WiFi coverage<br \/>\n&#8211; Give a name to the programmable thermostat (Living room \/ floor 1, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the procedure, the new programmable thermostat is displayed inside the home.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What we need to remember<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>So we have seen how to easily install and configure the CH180WIFI programmable thermostat.
